Dr. Crosby is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, certified Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer, and is Acupuncture certified. He has been involved in healthcare delivery since 2004, and has patient experience from geriatrics to pediatrics, and novices to professional athletes. Dr. Crosby's objective in patient care is centered around evidence based principles with the focus on short term care of headaches, neck, back, extremities, and musculoskeletal pain. He uses the most up to date research while using his diverse background, and clinical skills to create an individualized plan to meet each patient's goals and expectations. He enjoys educating and empowering his patients and providing them with prevention strategies to sustain injury and pain free. He lives with his beautiful wife Sheena (Licensed Pharmacist), and is the dad of two beautiful children. He loves the Jacksonville area and is excited, and honored to help our local community.
