I am a licensed Massage Therapist with more than 24 years of experience in the field of massage therapy. I formerly worked in an outpatient Physical Therapy rehabilitation and worked with Chiropractors. With my skills and experience,I can help you feel comfortable in your own body once again through the use of healing bodywork.I have great amount of experience in providing mobility to shoulders.I have worked with frozen shoulders and rotator cuff injuries,mobilizing the shoulder and breaking up fibrous scar tissue.I use integrative methods employing neuromuscular,trigger point and deep tissue massage.I worked on sciatica, migraine, joint range of motion and hip and lower back tightness.I offer a number of different modalities.
