I've been practicing the art of Massage & Bodywork since 1997. My career path has woven healing bodywork through many avenues: Orthopedic/ Sports Rehab/ Physical Therapy/ Medical Massage - 5 Star Luxury Resort Spas - Yoga & Wellness Retreats- Travel with Professional Athletes as Personal Therapist (NBA, NFL, PGA, NHL, Snowboard & Ski Pro's), Therapist for Performers ( Grammy winning artists, Dancers). For the past several years I have been lead therapist with Yoga retreats all over the world. My passion is working with motivated clients with a personal practice of mindfulness and movement. Sessions range from deeply transformative Myofascial & Postural Therapy to Healing Relaxing and Nurturing Touch. I am trained as a Rolfer (Structural Integration) therapist with a whole toolbox of modalities to choose from (Biodynamic Craniosacral, Neuromuscular, Sports, Deepp Tissue, Trauma Release, Somatic Experiencing, ART, Swedish, Pre/Post Surgery Rehab, Injury Prevention and Rehab) and more...In Business Since 1997 20 years of experience with Professional Athletes, Performers, Yogi's, Medical/Orthopedic Massage, Pre/Post Surgery Rehab, Rolfing Series, Trauma Release.
