I've been practicing the art of Massage & Bodywork since 1997. My career path has woven healing bodywork through many avenues: Orthopedic/ Sports Rehab/ Physical Therapy/ Medical Massage - 5 Star Luxury Resort Spas - Yoga & Wellness Retreats- Travel with Professional Athletes as Personal Therapist (NBA, NFL, PGA, NHL, Snowboard & Ski Pro's), Therapist for Performers ( Grammy winning artists, Dancers). For the past several years I have been lead therapist with Yoga retreats all over the world. My passion is working with motivated clients with a personal practice of mindfulness and movement. Sessions range from deeply transformative Myofascial & Postural Therapy to Healing Relaxing and Nurturing Touch.
