After a decade of practicing in Seattle, WA for, and along-side, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Medical Massage Therapists, Meredith established her practice, ReCenter Massage and Bodywork, in Philadelphia, PA In 2019. Meredith provides medical massage both in Rittenhouse Square and Queen Village.

Utilizing mobility assessment, your health history, and a range of neurofascial and manual therapy techniques, we will create a unique and effective plan of care to getting you moving strong again!
