Meredith is the founder of ReCenter Massage and a licensed medical massage therapist since 2008. Massage sessions with Meredith will focus on creating a plan of care that treats your pain, discomfort or range of motion loss, and creates lasting changes in your body. Through a process of assessment, creating a strategic plan, and providing consistent quality treatment, these sessions will help you overcome your pain and improve your range of motion. After a decade of practicing in Seattle, WA for, and along-side, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Medical Massage Therapists, Meredith established her practice, ReCenter Massage and Bodywork, in Philadelphia, PA In 2019. Meredith provides medical massage both in Rittenhouse Square and Queen Village.

If you are looking to improve your movement, mobility and balance post-surgery, post-injury or simply to correct old patterns to optimize your movement, the bodywork I offer will get you where you want to be. Utilizing mobility assessment, your health history, and a range of neurofascial and manual therapy techniques, we will create a unique and effective plan of care to getting you moving strong again! Services include: prenatal massage, TMJ treatment, migraines, post-operative care, lymphatic facilitation, myofascial release techniques, and more.
