Dr. Mel Youngs is a longtime resident of Cape Coral. Her chiropractic facility and wellness spa have been built by helping people to get well, one person at a time. Dr. Mel provides lifestyle modification coaching to patients that can help them to change the way they feel through nutrition counseling, exercise instruction as well as ergonomic advice. She is a nationally certified group fitness instructor and a former aerobics and kickboxing instructor. She has made it her goal to teach others how to achieve healthy lifestyles.Our Downtown Cape Coral location now owned by Dr. Melina Youngs, DC, PA is the same location that her parents used to own and operated the famous YUMS ice cream store for many years.
