Dr. Mel Youngs is a longtime resident of Cape Coral. Her chiropractic facility and wellness spa have been built by helping people to get well, one person at a time.
Dr. Mel provides lifestyle modification coaching to patients that can help them to change the way they feel through nutrition counseling, exercise instruction as well as ergonomic advice. She is a nationally certified group fitness instructor and a former aerobics and kickboxing instructor. She has made it her goal to teach others how to achieve healthy lifestyles.Our Downtown Cape Coral location now owned by Dr. Melina Youngs, DC, PA is the same location that her parents used to own and operated the famous YUMS ice cream store for many years.

Dr. Mel's office is amazing! The staff is always upbeat, Dr. Mel has such a positive vibe you can't help but want to go back! My son was treated for a fractured hand with the use of laser treatment, which I highly recommend for any athlete with any injury. So nice to work with a team of professionals who are embracing cutting edge forms of treatments!

This place is Legendary and lives up to its reputation. I just went for my 1st visit and was blown away. They are very kind people. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. My entire body feels different like im back to normal. Im going back monday for round 2. Also, they had the whole office decked out in xmas decorations and the staff was just as festive. Youre a fool if you dont go.
