I began my treatment with Dr. Ashley Herfindahl in October 2025, and the results were truly life-changing. When I first started, I was unable to stand up straight, walk normally, or even lift my arms. After 24 sessions, I was able to return to normal function.
Throughout my care, Dr. Herfindahl consistently took the time to counsel me on exercises and strategies I could do at home to speed up my recovery. He was attentive, thorough, and honest, if something wasn’t benefiting me, he immediately addressed it and clearly explained why. His knowledge, education, and hands-on approach made a remarkable difference in my recovery. I am incredibly grateful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone seeking effective, personalized chiropractic treatment.

Dr. Herfindahl is a healing practitioner and the staff are number one.
I needed immediate help and Dr. Herfindahl did not hesitate. He put me in to a three times a week treatment routine. I was in San Diego for just a few weeks before traveling to my next location. He gave me referrals for my next location. Compassionate people are what make life better.
