I began my treatment with Dr. Ashley Herfindahl in October 2025, and the results were truly life-changing. When I first started, I was unable to stand up straight, walk normally, or even lift my arms. After 24 sessions, I was able to return to normal function. Throughout my care, Dr. Herfindahl consistently took the time to counsel me on exercises and strategies I could do at home to speed up my recovery. He was attentive, thorough, and honest, if something wasn’t benefiting me, he immediately addressed it and clearly explained why.
