Dr. Fox is a rare find indeed! I’m a very active person in my low 80s who is trying to cope with a compression fracture of a vertebrae in the lower lumbar area as well as a partially rotated disc in the upper spine area. His method of using soft tissue massage treatment and applying gentle pressure in the affected areas got me back to a point where I was able to continue with my strenuous hobbies of wood cutting/splitting, golfing and taking long hikes in our local State park. He helps you physically and teaches you exercises that strengthen the effective area to the point where muscle development becomes strong enough to make the spinal adjustments long lasting.
