I was referred to Dr. Lenny Fox by my massage therapist for the compression in my neck. After only a week of seeing Dr. Fox, I have felt more relief than I did with PT, dry needling, migraine medications, neck injections, massages, etc.
Each visit feels like a quick but thorough massage in the perfect places of my neck that I can’t reach on my own and I leave feeling lighter. What used to be a constant, lingering and sometimes debilitating pain, is pretty much no longer there.. I just saw my massage therapist & she commented on how everything felt looser and my posture looked better!! I look forward to continuing with Dr. Fox.

I found Dr. Fox after trying several chiropractors and osteopaths in the area, and I can confidently say I’ll look no further. From the very first visit, he spent an incredible amount of time getting to know me, asking thoughtful questions, assessing my movement, and truly listening to what was going on in my body.
With Dr. Fox, I’m not just treating symptoms — I’m working on the root causes of my lower back and trap pain, while also addressing diastasis recti, mobility, and long-term strength and longevity. I especially appreciate that he provides specific, manageable exercises and stretches that help strengthen the body and support better, more natural alignment.
What sets Dr. Fox apart is his remarkable intuition and attentiveness. Somehow, he always seems to know exactly what my body needs each visit. I consistently leave his office feeling freer, taller, more aligned, and genuinely better overall.
Since starting treatment with Dr. Fox, I’ve noticed improvements not only in my pain and mobility, but in my general health and well-being as a whole. Everything simply feels like it’s functioning the way it’s meant to.
I cannot recommend Dr. Fox highly enough — truly 10/10.

As a forty-year-old who has beaten up her body with sports for most of her life, I’ve really benefited from Dr. Fox’s care. Not only have the adjustments helped, but he has also taken the time to understand where my limitations come from. He’s provided me with stretches and exercises that continue to help me take care of myself at home.

I jokingly said that Dr. Fox has made my life 500% less miserable but truly, is there a way to quantify pain? It’s more than a yes/no or even a 1 to 10 scale. Am I sleeping better? Can I turn my neck more? Am I standing straighter? Dr. Fox is the type of practitioner who will leapfrog you from skepticism to superlative with how well you’ll feel, and so soon.
Coming in Ridgefield to the Wilton office, I was delighted to find ample parking for a comfortable office. It doesn’t feel clinical but rather supportive. He took my concerns seriously and we had easy conversation and laughs. It’s been maybe half a dozen sessions but already I see so much improvement in my neck mobility and upper back/shoulder issues.
He demonstrates the stretches well and makes them user-friendly. If you truly invest in yourself outside the office and do the work, when you return for the next appointment, you’ll progress that much faster.
I’m truly delighted I found Dr. Fox and he could onboard me so soon. I look forward to how much “more better” he can make my life.

As a Redding resident, I appreciate having Dr. Fox nearby. I came in for lower back pain but he also identified and treated a rotator cuff and hip flexor issue I hadn't even connected to chiropractic care. What impressed me most was how thorough he was — addressing everything systematically and sending me home with exercises to keep the progress going between visits. Highly recommend.
