Dr. Cox, originally from New Jersey, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2008. Since then, he has honed his Chiropractic and diagnostic skills. Dr. Cox loves what he does and looks forward to every patient appointment with the compassion and skill that patients deserve. When not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his daughter grow and learn.Dr. Bill Cox has been practicing at this location for over 5 years, with 10 years in practice total. We are excited to begin on this new journey under the name Allegiance Chiropractic!
