Dr. Cox, originally from New Jersey, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2008. Since then, he has honed his Chiropractic and diagnostic skills. Dr. Cox loves what he does and looks forward to every patient appointment with the compassion and skill that patients deserve. When not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his daughter grow and learn.Dr. Bill Cox has been practicing at this location for over 5 years, with 10 years in practice total. We are excited to begin on this new journey under the name Allegiance Chiropractic!

Dr. Cox is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Sara made me feel welcome and made the whole check-in process super easy. Dr. Cox really takes his time to listen and explain what’s going on, which I appreciate. His adjustments are spot-on, and I always leave feeling better. He’s knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who actually takes the time to help you feel your best, Dr. Cox and his team are the way to go!

Dr. Bill Cox is very knowledgeable, attentive & works wonders on my back & neck. His assistant Amanda is very friendly and helpful. She will make you feel welcome, comfortable & a step ahead… ready for Dr Cox’s patients. There’s good energy all around the office. Dr Cox is a great chiropractor, family man & a fun fact … his office is totally awesome and one can tell he adores his family and his DC & Marvel characters… HULK or BATMAN anyone lol ….
