I come from a family of chiropractors and have been getting adjustments my whole life. I’ve struggled the past few years to find a chiropractor I trusted and was a master of their craft. I got into a car accident in San Diego and ended up finding Dr Bo. And he is VERY good at what he does. He’s helped me progress so much since the car accident not only with his adjusting style but with some mobility movements that I do at home and now recently with his new Decompression Table. Not sure how I would be feeling or if I would even be the same person if it wasn’t for Dr Bo since the accident. The Decompression table is game changer for car accident injuries I can’t recommend it enough!! Highly recommend Dr. Bo and ANIMA for helping me get back to feeling more like myself again

Dr. Bo is the real deal. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to go through my full health history (thoroughly, not rushed), and was incredibly attentive to all my concerns. I never once felt like “just another patient.” What really stood out was how safe and supported I felt throughout the process. You can tell he’s deeply committed to his patients’ well-being, and that kind of care is rare. I left my appointment not only feeling physically better, but also more confident that healing is 100% possible with Dr. Bo on my team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor who actually listens, explains, and truly cares. 👏

My neck pain was gone after 2 visits! Do Bo was super professional and I love his kind, calm energy. He really wants the best for me and I can tell by his level of care and kindness overall. I love the free yoga every Friday and the whole calm happy energy of the space when I come in each time.
