I found this gem of a wellness clinic through social media and it was close enough I thought why not check it out. I signed up for a yoga/sound bath class and loved the class and Elizabeth who was guiding the class and finished off with a healing sound bath. When I got there I felt a good peaceful energy upon entering. It was welcoming and the vibe was very aligned with grounding and healing. Highly recommend these classes with Elizabeth! Afterwards I did an assessment for mobility range and posture which I learned where I needed work to open and work on so that my body could be more balanced. I came back again to go over my results and a guided breathwork and stretch class guided by Dr. Bo and that was great! After going over my results we talked about my goals to prevent injury and increase mobility & flexibility, while staying active and consistent with strenuous workouts. So far I’ve been going weekly and even got my husband going because after all wellness should be preventative. We both love how we feel afterwards and how much knowledge we gain for what to do between sessions to keep our bodies balanced, flexible and more mobile for longevity :)

My husband found Dr. Bo on instagram and we decided to give it a try... 6 weeks later our movement has improved. Our pain has reduced drastically and our mood is much improved. They offer yoga and movement classes as well and we make sure to go to as many as possible. Highly recommended! The vibe is great and feels like family!

Dr. Bo is the real deal. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to go through my full health history (thoroughly, not rushed), and was incredibly attentive to all my concerns. I never once felt like “just another patient.” What really stood out was how safe and supported I felt throughout the process. You can tell he’s deeply committed to his patients’ well-being, and that kind of care is rare. I left my appointment not only feeling physically better, but also more confident that healing is 100% possible with Dr. Bo on my team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor who actually listens, explains, and truly cares. 👏
