I’m so thankful for Dr. Bo! I’ve been suffering with chronic pain and tension in my back, traps and shoulder's for many many years. I finally decided to start coming in when I recently had an issue with my neck and could barely move it. It was a bit of a rough start for me at first experiencing more pain after the adjustment, but Dr. Bo was so kind and caring about my health he had me come in when ever I needed help with any pain I was having and explained that I’ve had years of built-up tension and stress that is trying to be released out of my body and I can finally say I feel so much better now thanks to Dr. Bo!!

Before Dr. Bo, I got adjustments with a chiropractor that my family in Riverside went to. Due to distance, it was never consistent enough to get lasting results. In the initial consult, the x-rays alongside Dr. Bo’s explanation about what was going on with my neck/spine/hips (chronic pain from working long hospital hrs on my feet/bending down) really helped me understand why it was so important to take care of your body - I’ve been going to him weekly since March/April and my body feels significantly looser, more flexible! Comfortable and safe space; he truly cares about your well-being, providing tips/tricks for at home (yoga, stretching, breath work)… Dr. Bo definitely knows!!

Dr.Bo was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very nervous being my first time ever getting an alignment but he made me feel relaxed and in good hands. I have already recommended him to my rock climbing buddies and aerialist friends.
