All it’s cracked up to be and more! I started seeing Dr. Bo for chiropractic care about a month and a half ago, and the results have been incredible. As a high-performance athlete, my career depends heavily on my body, and my injuries had started piling up like a traffic jam. Dr. Bo worked with me at a foundational level so I could not only heal, but return to performing with greater mobility and strength. On my first visit, I received a comprehensive structural analysis and learned exactly where my injuries were stemming from. After just a couple of visits, my pain drastically reduced, and I began to feel more aware of my movement patterns and how to find better balance. Dr. Bo and Elizabeth make your entire experience comfortable and make you feel important. I've been to a few chiro's over the last twenty years but none like Anima. Other offices treat you like another body and number in the day that they just rush in and out, that's not at all what Anima is like. I love that is feels more like a wellness community with the classes, stretch area, decompression room, and laser therapy available. Dr. Bo gets to know you on a more personal level, he listens to your concerns, and is passionate about helping his clients feel and move better!

By far the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had! This was only my second visit with Dr. Bo at ANIMA Movement Center, and once again I’m leaving feeling light as a feather and better than ever. Dr. Bo is amazing—he takes the time to check in, listen to what’s bothering you, and understand your goals. He explains step by step what he’s doing during each session and how it will help which definitely puts my nerves at ease and helps me understand exactly what to expect. The office itself is beautiful, fresh, and spotless. The vibe is calm and welcoming, with soothing music always playing in the background. I also love that the space is used for other wellness offerings like yoga and foam rolling. This session, I got to try their new state-of-the-art decompression machine, and it was absolutely life-changing! Dr. Bo set me up with headphones playing peaceful music, and I was able to fully relax and zen out. I also received an adjustment specifically for my TMJ and it was just what I needed. Elizabeth at the front desk has the most wonderful, warm and inviting energy! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to all of the plans and packages that ANIMA Movement Center has to offer. All in all, this is hands down my favorite chiropractic practice. Highly recommend!
