Christopher Codina is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, IA. His post-graduate experiences include becoming a full body certified Integrative Diagnosis provider, the leader in the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction. Prior to Palmer, he received his Bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University.

Dr Chris has a unique ability to locate and treat adhesion issues ,that for me personally, were cervical and upper back issues that impeded normal range of motion, which in turn contributed to my migraine headaches. Though I will never be “cured”of these headaches, Dr. Chris has shard techniques that have greatly reduced the tension that promotes them. If you are interested in an alternative method of treating your pain symptoms, beside the occasional adjustment and neck snap that other chiropractors typically resort to, I recommend you consult Whole Life Soft Tissue and discuss your issues with Dr. Chris.

Dr. Codina is great! He was able to reduce pain I have had for years due to a car accident. I've seen multiple doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists that were not able to figure out how to keep my pain at a low level. Dr. Codina figured it out and for the first time in a loooong time, I felt much better! Due to the injury the pain is not gone but to be able to have some comfort when I walk was a big win! Highly recommend Whole Life Spine and Soft Tissue!
