Dr. Joseph Mills is a board certified chiropractor and highly reputable physician. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1981 and was the first graduate from this institution to practice in the state of New York. He ran a successful practice in Valley Stream, New York, using the VAX- D technique as of 1997, a unique, non-invasive treatment for herniated discs. He specializes in treating Chronic neck and lower back pain alongside any conditions that are spinal related.Dr. Joseph Mills began practicing in 1980, specializing in proven, progressive, chiropractic methods like spinal adjustment, spinal decompression and therapeutic massage. He further became an expert in the VAX-D technique, the only truly effective treatment for disc herniation, bulging disc and pinched nerves. Dr. Mills and Dr. DeGorter make up the chiropractic team of West Hills Chiropractic.
