Amanda Collado, a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, has been practicing massage therapy for several years throughout Long Island, New York to individuals who seek to include massage as a complement to their wellness discipline. A graduate of New York College of Health Professions, Amanda promotes the concept of total wellness through compatible wholistic therapies that are natural, hands-on, and drug-free. Amanda creates an atmosphere during treatments where the focus of the session is totally on the needs of the patient. With sensitivity to health condition, mental consciousness, physical structure, Amanda creates a customized treatment that introduces the client to a program that supports regular health care maintenance and restructuring.Turning Point Massage was established in 2005. We now have locations in Great Neck, Long Island and Larchmont in Westchester New York. In addition to the two offices we have a team of Licensed Massage Therapists that are available for out calls within different settings. Some examples of locations have been backstage of various shows/concerts, homes and offices.

Each treatment is customized to each individual to support regular healthcare maintenance, restructuring and relaxation. We consider ourselves to be medical massage therapist and acupuncturists who brings in many spa qualities to help promote the importance of relaxation. Our clients range from expecting mothers to professional athletes due to our knowledge of the human body and sensitivity to the client on the table. We specialize in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™ aka "The deepest, most luxurious form of barefoot massage on the planet". Utilizing parallel bars on the ceiling for balance and leverage the massage therapist's body weight is used to press, sweep, swirl and relax the muscles.
