I am a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. I help people get well and stay well without the use of drugs or surgery. I also assist athletes who wish to perform to their greatest potential through sports specific training and core fitness. I think that in order to be healthy you have to do healthy things. I also believe that real health has to do with proper sleep, exercise, hydration, a positive mental attitude and most of all... the structural balance of the spine and nervous system.Dr. Gilbert graduated from Life College in 1994 and in one short year, The Gilbert Clinic opened it doors!
