At The Body Mechanic, I specialize in advanced bodywork systems such as Active Release Techniques (ART), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex technique (P-DTR), Functional Movement Screens, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, the Kinesio-Taping Method, Bowen Therapy, and more. I work with all types of injuries and all types of clients, from couch-potatoes to professional tri-athletes and everyone in between.
