I met with Dr. Blumenthal and Jessica Hess, PA in Plano and then Dr. Satin in Frisco regarding cervical disk replacement, they were all extremely personable, caring, and very thorough when taking the time to explain everything to me. Every time I called both locations, Plano and Frisco every single office staff that answered the phone and or returned my call was always friendly. The staff in the office were all very friendly as well when there for appointments. All my calls were returned in a timely manner or a text message was responded to timely. Although Dr. Satin ultimately had to refer me to another doctor due to a medical condition I have, I have no doubt he did so because it was what was best for me medically which speaks volumes to the type of person he is professionally and personally. Throughout my life both personally and professionally I don't think I've ever come across more professional and caring doctors and staff as I have with The Texas Back Institute. I definitely want to give praise where it's due!

Dr Guyer and his team at TBI of Plano have been absolutely fantastic! Very thorough on what I am to expect, they have reached out to me numerous times post surgery, answering all my questions almost immediately! The surgery itself has been wonderful minus the pain, but that's normal! I woke up with almost zero pain in my lumbar which I haven't felt in about 5 years. The surgical staff with neuro monitoring and anesthesia was amazing. They gave me a full rundown on what I was to expect and kept mentioning how I'm in the best of hands. Dr Pineda access/general surgeon came in to tell me step by step how he's performing the access. He told me areas that would hurt after and to not be alarmed. The recovery staff at Texas Health, not enough words I could say about them. They were absolutely wonderful, they were encouraging! They were your biggest fan routing for you the whole time. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of this surgery. Thank you to everyone involved!

I had an exceptional experience all around at TBI. The communication regarding coming from out of state, the office staff, the healthcare providers, the facilities, and the hospital stay were ALL outstanding. We truly could not have had a better experience all around and feel extremely grateful that I was referred here to get the surgery I needed. Everyone was pleasant and we did not have one single negative interaction or issue. Highly recommend Dr. Zigler; he has excellent bedside manner and my surgery and recovery could not have gone better. You can tell he truly cares. I hope for no further back issues but if I do I will travel out of state again to continue seeing him. Choosing TBI and artificial disc replacement was life changing for me.
