I am a new patient of Dr. Epstein . I heard good comments about this practice and had to try it I hurt my shoulder right before a long trip and needed immediate attention. After the first session everything changed and started to function well ! No more pain and way less stress!! Dr Epstein is very kind , professional, knowledgeable and super nice. Reason why I continue to see CJ is his compassion towards his clients, and unwavering commitment to see them reach their goals. I also like it when he demos exercises for problem areas I’m experiencing. For example, my knee cap is bothering me. He showed exercises I should be doing, to strengthen that muscle and build stability in that area.

I’ve been coming to CJ for the better part of four years and leave feeling more refreshed every single session. I work two jobs and am on my feet for usually over 12 hours a day, I have scoliosis, and constant low back pain. With CJ’s help I’ve been able to work on building my core strength which takes stress off my low back. I’ve also been getting adjusted and releasing tension in my lower and upper back and especially my neck and traps weekly or biweekly. I leave literally lighter and feeling like I grew an inch. CJ always asks what we need to work on at the beginning of our session, even if I saw him the week before. He’s receptive, understanding, and always puts his patient first.
