Head Chiropractor at Summit Wellbeing and consult at Pure Sports Medicine as a specialist Musculoskeletal Chiropractor and has a special interest in lower limb biomechanics. Ricky's main interests lie within sports performance care and functional rehabilitation, practicing myofascial release techniques, spinal adjustments and kinesiology taping. Ricky believes that the right knowledge of movement, nutrition and lifestyle is vital to keeping a healthy, injury free body. His ultimate focus - keeping you on the bike and performing at your best and most comfortable. A day doesn't pass without a ride and full respect for the The Rules! A keen sportsman, Ricky completed several ironman triathlons and has an extensive record playing high level rugby, basketball and golf, giving him a great insight into the world of sports and sports injuries.

Ricky is an Ironman athlete who enjoys putting his body through its paces. He now works at London Scottish RFC and is Titliest certified for golf swing biomechanical analysis.
