Dr. Stephanie Chan, PT was inspired to open her own practice after tiring of the industry standard pushing quantity over quality. She emphasizes customized, one-on-one treatment to provide high quality physical therapy to each and every patient.The high volume/low quality treatment model was becoming ever more unpleasant, and I decided to filp that model on its head by focusing on high quality, low volume. In order to do so, I had to start my own practice because it is so uncommon! Discover PT as it should be, with individualized attention, and superb quality of care.

I hone into the source of the problem rather than merely chasing symptoms, and create a plan of care designed to address your unique needs. Dr. Chan is amazing! I saw her for 6+ months starting in the summer of 2023, after suffering a severe herniated disc in my cervical spine. While large physical therapy practices would sit me down with an ice pack for 30 minutes, Dr. Chan provided 1:1 expert care for the full hour: from manual therapy to exercises. And she is such a lovely person- I miss our chats (though I don't miss the nerve pain!) I was seriously considering neck surgery, but with Dr. Chan's help, I was able to push through. I even recently completed a week-long hike with a backpack; a feat that sounded completely unattainable at the time.Thank you, Dr. Chan!!

Terrific physical therapist. "Back whisperer" who got me through a severe disc herniation (two, actually), plus hand and arm problems from nerve entrapment. I'm a physician; didn't recognize in the value of PT until great treatment from Stephanie got me fully functional after disc herniations and nerve injuries.
