Dr. Chris Kwon is the lead physical therapist and founder of SPARC Physical Therapy. He obtained his undergraduate education from the University of Southern California, and later went on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from West Coast University. He served as class representative for his cohort as well as the liaison for the Greater Los Angeles District for the American Physical Therapy Association. His experiences include being a Master Instructor for Equinox, instructing trainers in the Pasadena and Downtown LA areas as well as serving as an EMT for the San Gabriel Valley region. He now resides in the Torrance/Redondo Beach region and calls South Bay his home. He is currently working towards his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist certification and furthering his education to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. His hobbies include outdoor activities, traveling, photography and spending time with his wife and dog.

This place is AMAZING! I injured my shoulder & was doing PT in hopes of avoiding surgery. Happy to say, it worked. Everything about this place is perfection. I have not one complaint. Therapists are wonderful. They keep it interesting, so it doesn’t get boring. The facility has a great vibe. Easy to deal with on administrative/insurance. Appointments run on time. The hot/cold pad option at the end of a session are a bonus. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I would only go back to Sparc.

Amazing PT! Been to a lot of of different physical therapist nothing compares to Sparc! They actually push you to the limits to improve mobility and get you stronger. All staff is friendly and place is always spotless clean. I highly recommend Sparc to everyone wanting to get stronger

Highly recommend SPARC. I regained so much flexibility and strength with their gradually increasing exercises for my knees and hips. Be prepared for homework but it pays off. Even my sports medicine doctor has been a patient here.
