I used to suffer from a very annoying sciatica pain that seriously affected my comfort at walking and sleeping. The doctor could not definitively determine the cause and suggested that I try physical therapy. At first I was sceptical, but to my surprise after only four sessions with Gaurav I felt so much better that for now I can call it practically cured. Thank you!

I’m so glad my primary care physician suggested I schedule an appt with Gaurav at Seva PT for my shoulder pain. I had received PT, EPat & chiropractic treatments from other providers over the past 18 months, but my pain had persisted. I found my one-on-one sessions with Gaurav to be exactly what I needed. He evaluated & diagnosed the source of my pain, and developed an effective treatment plan (including simple at-home exercises) that alleviated my pain after four sessions. I can now perform daily tasks essentially pain-free and I look forward to resuming my workout routine in the next week or so. I have already recommended Gaurav to my husband and two friends. Scheduling appts through Tamara in the office was easy & she would also contact me if a preferred day/time became available. Thank you Gaurav and Tamara!
