Robert S. King has been studying massage and bodywork since 1977. He maintains a focus on assisting individuals in their healing of both their outer and inner health challenges. His treatments utilize a precise understanding of the anatomy and physiology, the personal needs of his guests and a deep commitment to understanding the skeletal/structural, kinesthetic and energetic forces that reinforce as well as support overall healing for each individual. Robert has been a licensed LMT providing rehabilitation in Florida for thirteen years.Muscular & Structural Rehabilitation was founded in July 2012 in the Tampa Bay Area. Robert S. King brings a well rounded background in massage, including; cranial-structural (Structural Energy Technique), sports massage, orthopedic assessment, manual lymphatic drainage, geriatric massage, nutrition, and yoga to his practice. He specializes in providing deep tissue and rehabilitative modalities while also offering deeply relaxing and soothing Tranquility Massage, energy work in the form of Polarity Balancing, and Reike. Robert provides services at his office in South Pasadena.

I've been a patient of Robert King for several years. I've been very pleased with his expertise and careful application of technique. He was a major help as I dealt with a degenerative hip, keeping me functional until I was able to have the hip replaced late last year. I've also had some trouble with my left shoulder, leading to rotator cuff surgery several years ago that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. However, for the last two months I've been experiencing some pain and tightness in that shoulder. I visited Robert expecting to receive massage therapy. Instead, he applied his SRT technique, and I am truly amazed with the positive outcome. I still have some tightness, but I estimate my pain reduction and flexibility enhancement to be at least 70%. I consider that outcome to be well worth the time and money invested, and I will be scheduling another session with confidence that additional improvement will be realized.
