Rest and Relax front staff are very warm and welcoming. My massage therapist, Walter, took the time to ask what areas I would like to focus on. He was professional and made me feel comfortable. Walter spent a perfect amount of time and worked on my shoulders and back as requested. He really worked out the aches and pains I was feeling. I felt more limber and relaxed immediately after the massage and several days later, I'm still feeling great.
