Preferred Spine and Pain was created to help patients with pain receive treatment that ultimately allows them to regain control of their life. Dr. Matthew Kaplan understands that having pain affects every aspect of your day. Tasks that used to appear simple and routine now present themselves as a struggle or challenge. Dr Kaplan is friendly professional and listens to what you have to say. And as good as Dr Kaplan is, I think it's his M.A.?, Sarah, who is really a superstar in my eyes. She is very beyond competent at her job but not only that she genuinely cares about her patients success and being able to get what they need from the doctor and the office. For example, when I was a brand new patient and I was having trouble at the pharmacy I was using I happen to call 5 minutes before the doctor's office was closing on a friday. She stayed late and made sure that the pharmacy had what they needed to give me my prescription. I am forever grateful to her for all of the help that she's given me.....and it's been quite a lot LOL! These two make a fantastic team and I suggest making an appointment ASAP
