Dr. Joseph Paun is a local boy, born and raised in South Holland, IL, where he excelled in sports and academics. After graduating from Thornwood High School, he went on to study Chemistry and Kinesiology at the University of Illinois, where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science. Dr. Joe continued his education at the National University of Health Sciences, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in just three years. In 2007, he finished his Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Sarah is a transplant to the region, but has been a dedicated doctor to its citizens since 2007. In 2003, she graduated from Radford University (VA), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition. She began classes at the National University of Health soon after and she was granted her D.C. in 2007. Afterwards, she went on to become a licensed acupuncturist. Drs. Paun have provided whole body wellness to the community since 2007.Paun Family Wellness is a husband and wife private practice located the Northwest Indiana town of Highland. Services include acupuncture, family chiropractic, nutrition, hypnosis, and more.
