My husband has gone to the Chiropractor for years and knowing how bad my back was he had tried for almost 10 years to get me to go. Of course I never believed in chiro care and thought he wasting money. Well, that was until I saw how quickly she helped our 10 year old son and tears came to eyes from no more pain. After having DDD for many years and suffering in pain I finally caved and came in to see Dr. Wells. Sarah and Dr. Wells are two of the nicest and knowledgeable people in their fields and I wish I wouldn’t have wait all those years. If you are suffering and have never believed I’m here to tell you it’s worth the visit. You will finally feel better.

I have been a patient here for several years, for back, shoulder and neck issues. Recently, Dr Wells suggested orthotic inserts to provide proper support for my feet arches, as they are naturally flat-ish and have become flatter over the years, I am 55 years old. The make and model of orthotics that Dr Wells carries is high quality and works excellently for me. She fitted my feet, and the result was optimal. Although a pair of inserts is as expensive as a pair of nice shoes, they are SO WORTH IT for comfort and function. The first week I used them, I got accustomed quickly and could be standing the entire work day (in a elementary school setting), and at the end of the day my feet were not tired and my calves did not hurt, and my hips and lower back felt much less strained. Using the orthotics them makes me want to exercise more, walking and hiking, because my body feels that much more pleasant and recovers very quickly afterwards. I got two pairs of orthotics - a lighter-weight everyday-use pair, and a heavier-duty for hiking. They can turn a basic shoe (dress, work, athletic) into a footwear that fits like Cinderella's slipper and supports like Atlas's shoulders, figuratively speaking.

I have been seeing Dr. Wells off and on for several years due to chronic joint and muscle pain. She has helped me tremendously so that I don't take meds for pain now except on a rare occasion. She is very knowledgeable about the whole body. She has worked with me to develop a customized stretching and strengthening excercises so I can manage on my own. She also uses rock tape when I need it for muscle injuries which helps me recover faster. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional!
