Dr. Sarah Ruther has been practicing Chiropractic since 2007 after graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her D.C. and Bachelors in human biology. She started working for a doctor in Braham, MN buying his practice 9 months later. She renamed it Nature's Way chiropractic. She opened a second location in Isanti in 2014 and sold the Braham office to the doctor who worked for her nearly 6 years. The majority of her post grad education has been in applied kinesiology, nutrition, exercise and the ketogenic diet. She is passionate about teaching her patients and community on how to live healthy & heal their body the natural way. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children, family and friends. She grew up in the Isanti community on a hobby farm in rural Stanchfield for 19 years where she enjoys gardening, biking, hunting, fishing, playing with her children, riding horse, snowmobiling, skiing and anything else outside.
