I love Dr McCarthy- she is the perfect combination of caring and effectiveness. She takes her time to understand what is going on with my body. She is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She has shown me stretches & exercises to help me stabilize & feel good. She is a huge piece of my overall health. She is very talented and passionate about her craft. I’m truly grateful for her. I highly recommend her.

I LOVE working with Dr. Kate McCarthy. Her work is so gentle and effective. She is the first chiropractor I've ever seen to set me up in an adjustment and ask how it feels before adjusting and never forces it. When something feels tight or off, she will do soft tissue work around the area to loosen it up before trying again or will find a gentler way to adjust. I really appreciate her approach and attentiveness. She really cares about how her patients feel and it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Dr. McCarthy! I was having pretty severe neck pain, hip pain, headaches, and fatigue due to overwork. After my first visit I noticed a major improvement in my neck and hip pain and have been headache free. I’ve also noticed and improvement in mental clarity and energy levels. Dr. McCarthy takes the time to work on soft tissue release before adjustments, which was a game changer for increasing the length of time the adjustments held. I leave feeling so much better and it lasts! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
