I've been doing massage over 30 years. I'm also a musician (over 40 years) and play several instruments fluently. I've performed with several groups in CA (1983-2018) and several groups in TX since 2019. I'm a certified pet groomer as of 2014. I love sports, movies, traveling, amateur radio, and more.I've been doing massages since 1993. I got started thanks to a boyfriend. He had been in an accident & been through physical therapy for 3 years. He could only raise his left arm about 10 degrees before he had pain. I had been to a chiropractor and received massages & remembered what it felt like. I offered to massage his shoulder area. After 3 months, he was able to raise his arm about 90 degrees before he felt any pain. I thought "maybe I have something here." So I somehow started giving massages to friends. Many of them asked the question "when did you go to massage school?" I replied "I haven't gone yet." And then thought "maybe I should go to massage school." And after I was laid off from GTE (now Verizon) in 1997, I went to massage school & spent all of 1998 completing 1000 hours. And now enjoy massage therapy more than ever.

Deep Tissue and Untimed massages are Liz's favorites. With over 30 years experience, she specializes in helping people get out of pain for an extended period of time and recover from accidents, sports injuries, home and workplace injuries. She can help reverse injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, poor lifting habits, and exercising incorrectly. Some common problems are: low back pain, sciatica, upper back pain, neck pain, stiffness, numbness, headaches/migraines, lack of range of motion, frozen shoulder, trigger finger, carpel tunnel, and tennis elbow. There are plenty more issues Liz can help clients with. Just give her a try. Newly added specialty is meditation during the massage or as a separate (1.5 hr) session.
