Originally from Memphis, TN, Jennifer moved to Austin in 1996 via Monterey, Miami and a year of backpacking through Africa, Europe, southeast Asia and India. She completed a B.A. in English with a concentration in ESL in 1995. In 1999 she attended the Lauterstein-Conway Massage school in Austin and completed 750 hours of training. She went on to teach at Lauterstein-Conway from 2000-2003. In 2005 she received training from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and became a Certified Pedorthist. In 2022 she became certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and moved from Austin to Sonoma County. Interests include adventure travel, hiking, scuba diving, yoga, art, architecture and music.Jennifer has always been involved with the body and being active. As a former competitive gymnast (state champ at age 10) and ballet dancer, Jennifer has a deep understanding of how bodies move and hurt. Structural bodywork is a fantastic way to bring the structure back into balance so that you can continue doing the activities you love....pain free.
