I suffer from Endometriosis, which causes a lot of tension in my pelvis, hips and groin. Bushra is fantastic and thoroughly understands how the condition can cause tension in different muscles. After a course of intense sessions, I now go every couple of months for ‘maintenance’ with her. She really helped me get my life back.
