As a young man of eighteen, I was injured in an automobile accident, resulting in severe pain in the left arm and triceps. For over three years, I sought relief from physical therapists and orthopedic specialists with out improvement. After learning of how I was suffering a family friend suggested I try chiropractic. Despite being skeptical, I was at a point where I would try anything. the doctor I met challenged me to give him three months of committing to a treatment plan. Finally, after three years of suffering, the constant burning and tingling in my arm were gone. Right then I knew that I had to help people the way this chiropractor helped me. Immediately I changed my career path from accounting to premed in order to be on my way to becoming a chiropractor. Dr. Paul Graves graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in December, 1997 and opened Graves Family Chiropractic in 1998. He volunteers his time and services to those in need, as well as to support school programs, local athletic activities, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and Frisco Family Services. He continues to be a strong financial contributor to numerous local organizations and charities. His referral practice has grown by educating patients in the philosophy of Chiropractic. By combining Chiropractic with Massage Therapy and therapeutic exercise we are able to achieve fast results. We utilize manual adjusting, flexion distraction, spinal decompression, instrument adjusting, weight loss and nutrition. We are an in network provider for all Insurance companies and accept Medicare, Personal injury and cash. We have had the honor of taking care of infants the day they were born, seniors and everyone in between. We have a fun family oriented practice.

I have had slip discs in my spine and my neck for last 10yrs, and I am not ready for any surgery soon. I am so fortunate to have found Dr Cross and I intend to use his services going forward. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cross for my scoliosis/low back pain for almost a year now and he has been such a huge help in managing my pain. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just do the same routine every visit, he actually takes the time to look at my back and figure out exactly where I need to be adjusted that day. From my first contact with the office until the moment I walked out from my first visit, every member of Graves Family Chiropractic was very competent, completely professional and patient-focused. Thanks to Dr Cross’s adjustments, Cassie’s massage therapy, and Jan’s therapy exercises (& helpful X-rays), I already feel some relief from my lower back pain. Sarah did a super job getting me and all my information into their system and making me feel welcome. I can’t believe I waited all these years to seek chiropractic help.
