With nearly 10 years of experience in Physical Therapy, I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Pacific. Following a few years of practice, I completed an orthopedic residency at Kaiser Permanente, which deepened my expertise in musculoskeletal care. After the birth of my first child, I developed a passion for pelvic floor therapy and specialized in this area to better support pelvic health. I founded Floora to provide patient-centered care that emphasizes individualized treatment plans and the frequency of visits necessary to help patients achieve their goals quickly. In addition to traditional physical therapy, I also offer wellness services for those seeking ongoing support and holistic care beyond their initial treatment.
