I Fix People..... I'm Passionate and Love what I do!!!! As trainer, coach and athlete having experienced many injuries myself, I knew it was important be aware of our bodies and their limitations. I inspired to be more then just helping people reach their fitness goals. I wanted to help people look and feel their best while being pain free! I studied at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in 2008 to be a Holistic Health Practitioner in Integrated Bodywork. Now focusing my practice in helping clients that suffer with chronic pain issues and helping athletes and performers to perform at their very best.

All my sessions are customized with a combination of different modalities to help the client achieve the best results according to their needs and expectations.
