Jessica earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University in 2011. She moved to Tahoe in 2013 and began working at EBPT. In January 2021, Jessica purchased ownership of EBPT to further lay roots in Tahoe and provide the community with expert care in a private setting. She believes the key factors that lead to successful physical therapy are quality time, active listening, and hands-on treatments. Every treatment plan's foundational components are listening to each patient's complaints and goals, using critical thinking to find the causes, and utilizing manual techniques. Using these fundamental building blocks ensures progress with every patient. Jessica strives to provide the best possible care by taking various continuing education courses to advance her knowledge. Really knowledgeable, helpful and supportive group. The staff listen, help identify your issues and provide good therapy solutions. The really great team here helped me get through a painful hip and lower back pain situation that was preventing me from living the full life I want. Great help showing me exercises and stretches to help me improve my situation. Quick scheduling, top notch team!

I highly recommend Jessica and her team! She fixed my chronic back issues over the last year. I saw her frequently to start at the beginning of my treatment plan, but I was able to space out the visits as I improved. Before seeing Jessica, I had chronic back pain for the last 10 years that would wake me up at night and would hurt throughout the day. During my treatment, she identified where I was out of balance and where my muscle weakness was causing overcompensation with other muscles which was causing my pain. The exercises she gave me were totally doable, even when I was traveling for work. I stuck to my plan and can say that I am mostly pain free now. Everyone should see Jessica and her team if they are in pain or need PT!
