Dr. Crystal and her family recently moved Eatonville, in the sleepy foothills of gorgeous Mr. Rainier. Dr. Crystal looks forward to providing quality healthcare to her new rural hometown and the surrounding areas. Dr. Crystal is located inside Lotus Integrated Health in the gorgeous Wellspring Plaza off Burnett Rd in Yelm. It is our pleasure to serve you!Lotus Integrated Wellness Center was opened in the summer of 2016 to aid the residents of Yelm in all their healthcare needs. Lotus Integrated Health offers chiropractic, acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, and massage.
