Shaheen Siddiqui has been a physical therapist for 13 years, and specializes in helping her patients return to what they want to do. After working in settings that required her to treat several patients at the same time, she wanted to create an environment where she could provide more personalized treatment, to one patient at a time. This approach results in helping patients get better faster, with more quality time in each session.After practicing physical therapy for 13 years, Crossroads OPT was created to provide personalized, one on one treatment sessions, tailored to your specific needs. Our mission is to help you get back to what you love to do, without the use of medications or surgery.

Get You Back To Doing What You Love! Located inside of Smart Fit Personal Training Studio - We help you become mobile, active, and pain free, so you can return to the things you love to do. We specialize in treating people that are suffering with pain, whether it's an acute injury or something you've been dealing with for a long time. We also work with those that may have balance or vestibular problems, helping restore mobility and stability in a safe manner. We treat several conditions, whether it is something you have been dealing with for a long time or something that just came about. Some of these may include: Arthritis Carpal tunnel syndrome Degenerative diseases Foot and ankle pain Hip pain Knee pain Ligament injuries Low back pain Neck pain Rotator cuff injuries Post-surgical rehab Shoulder pain Tennis elbow Vestibular or BPPV Your condition may not be listed above, as this list is not exhaustive.
