Shawn founded Cray Physical Therapy in 2009 with the goal in mind of bringing the highest quality of care possible to the south shore. His philosophy centers around consistently putting the needs of the patient first and working tirelessly to meet their goals. He uses a strong biomechanical approach to patient care while also employing a diverse use of manual techniques to yield the best results. Shawn graduated from Northeastern University in 2007 with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. He started his career at a outpatient facility in Quincy before realizing his dream of owning his own clinic in 2009. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as an Advanced Clinical Education Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Shawn grew up in Vermont and played a variety of sports including football, baseball, and hockey. In his free time he enjoys skiing, bikeAt Cray Physical Therapy, we prioritize the needs of our patients. Our therapists have over 35 years of combined experience in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries. We believe in providing personalized care, which is why we make sure that our patients are evaluated and treated by the same licensed physical therapist they see on their first visit. Our treatment sessions are one hour long, and we always provide one-on-one care. Our physical therapists are trained to evaluate each patient's condition and develop a customized plan for recovery.
