Dr. Michael Nelson and Dr. Kelsey Nelson are Chiropractic Physicians and co-founders of Carolina Active Health Chiropractic. They are graduates of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. They met at Clemson University, where Kelsey completed her undergraduate, receiving a Bachelor of Biology. Dr. Michael Nelson completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio State University in Athletic Training. He continued working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Clemson University. He also worked for the Buffalo Bills as an Athletic Trainer during the 2011-2012 season. They have worked with a wide range of athletes, from middle-school football players to Hall of Fame and Olympians. Michael is the current team chiropractor for Clemson University's Athletic Department. Kelsey, a native of Simpsonville, and Michael are excited to return and serve the community they love in the Upstate!Carolina Active Health Chiropractic, Inc. was established by Drs. Michael and Kelsey Nelson, a husband and wife team dedicated to providing people in the Greenville, SC area with a natural, holistic, solution to your healthcare needs. Our aim is to improve your life in any way we can, whether that is to live a pain free life or optimize your performance and wellness.

The goal of Carolina Active Health Chiropractic is to provide quality, holistic, and individualized care to improve your quality of life in any way we can. Whether that is to gain a pain-free life, return to activities you love, or increase your personal performance, we are passionate about helping you achieve your goals. We provide care to people of all ages, including families. Although our focus is Sports and Family Chiropractic, we are passionate in providing comprehensive conservative care to anyone with a neuromusculoskeletal condition (disorders of nerves, joints, and muscles). We believe everyone who moves is an athlete, just in different capacities!
