Dr. Mark is a lifelong competitive athlete in powerlifting and martial arts. He brings 11 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical therapy, and 15 Years of Experience as a Strength Coach. He works with athletes of every age, and ability level.CORE started out of necessity to bridge active recovery during physical therapy, and the world of health, wellness and strength/conditioning. Both Dr. Mark and Dr. Claire will provide the most up to date personalized plan to solve your problems fast, and efficiently.
