***2ND UPDATE*** Shortly after starting my 2nd set of 10 sessions of Hot Laser Treatment, I fell, backwards, straight down. I think I actually shifted something, because my comfort positions aren't comfortable anymore, but the shift was a good one. To help the progress from the fall, I decided to get a pair of Foot Levelers to help my body get back to where it's supposed to be. Impatient as I am, I immediately wore them all day every day, even though you're advised to slowly work into that. I did have to back off a bit. I went one day without them, then started wearing them slowly...the right way. I started with about an hour or so, and worked my way back up to all day. What a difference! Now, I have to admit, my thighs were a bit sore at first, but they did get used to it. I am not just standing straighter, I'm also sitting straighter. Friends have even noticed that I'm walking better! I've even noticed a difference when I'm barefoot. I highly recommend the Foot Levelers! ***UPDATE*** I recently completed 10 sessions of Hot Laser Treatment at Dr. Boos' office. It's literally relieving decades of tightening and mistreatment of my hip and leg muscles. Granted, I've noticed small improvements...honestly, I didn't expect 10 sessions to relieve over 20 years of damage. My range of motion is increasing; the pain is not constant; the intensity of the pain is lower than it's been in a long time; I'm standing straighter, and longer; I'm walking better. I've signed up for another 10 sessions! I can't wait to see how much more I'll improve! I'm a hot mess...I have multiple issues, one of which prevents me from being twisted as in a regular chiropractic visit. When I first moved to Tulsa 5 years ago, I specifically looked for a chiropractor that uses the activator method. Dr. Boos was one of the only names that came up in my search, and I couldn't be happier! He's attentive, thorough and truly cares about his patients. He's open to new and alternative treatments, one of which he is currently using on me with some early success! The office is always clean and relaxing. There's basic exercise equipment available to use. He doesn't just put a band aid on the issue, he tries to find the cause and fix it. I highly recommend Boos Chiropractic.

I've have had much improvement from the spinal problems which had limited my mobility. In addition on my last visit he realigned a sprained ankle which relieved the soreness and reduced the inflammation. I am very grateful for his kind and professional services.
