Dr Alreen Day Alfonso is known to many as "Day" and has been in an outpatient physical therapy practice for over 13+ years. Dr Day is an Orthopedic Certified Specialists (OCS) with advanced clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in treating patients with bones and muscles injuries. A Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) by profession, she is a trained specialist to assess whole body dysfunction using current evidence-based treatments. She is experienced in the use of muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and advanced joint mobilization and manipulation. She is also a Kinesiotaping certified specialist (CKTP) and a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point physical therapist (CMTPT) Dr Day is also a Certified Dry Needling provider in MD and performs Women's Health Pelvic Floor treatments. The owners previously owned AAA Physical Therapy and decided to separate their own practice in order to provide better and more efficient service to their clients.
