I had a fantastic experience at Bay State Physical Therapy after my right foot injury. Nestor was my therapist and he was always enthusiastic, friendly, patient, and he truly listened to my concerns. He explained my progress each session, made sure we used all of our time, and gave me extra exercises to do at home. It was also wonderful that Nestor is bilingual (Spanish and English), which made everything more accessible and comfortable for me as a Spanish-language speaker. Sky, who also assisted during my sessions, was always kind and helpful with the exercises Nestor assigned me. I highly recommend this place and the amazing team!

I came in with a swollen knee and a lot of pain in my calf and down the front part of my leg to my ankle. Danica was very attentive and always altered the sessions depending on my needs and progress. She was also great when it came to manual therapy. She had me do dry-needling sessions with Rachel, and I felt instant relief a day after doing them! She was very comforting during the whole process. Everyone in the clinic is so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing compared to other physical therapy gyms I have been to.
