Back to Health Physical Medicine is a multi-disciplinary Medical Clinic that offers Medical Exams, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Medical Weight Loss and Nutritional Counseling striving to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. We offer a variety of services including, but not limited to Massage Therapy, Active Progressive Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy Modalities, Medical Weight Loss, Stem Cell Injections, Trigger Point Injections, Nutrition Response Testing, Nutrition Counseling, Deep Oscillation Therapy for sprain / strain injuries, Active Release Technique to address muscle and joint complaints as well as Spinal Decompression Therapy for disc related injuries.
